You will be a key member of the marketing and communications team, supporting the development and execution of multiple communications and campaigns targeted at our intermediary channel. This role will facilitate the development, deployment and integration of marketing automation techniques for the broker business marketing activities. The successful candidate will have CRM and marketing automation experience – as well as a strong acumen for business process, marketing and sales operations. With a strong passion for digital, you will spend your time managing and developing our core communication channels – web, social media and e-comms as well events, sales presentations and webinars. You will be an ambassador of the RSA brand, working in partnership with the rest of the marketing team and key business stakeholders to create compelling content that positively represents our company, ensuring targets are achieved through effective communications.

What you will achieve in this role:
• Hands-on development and execution of marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation best practices including campaign flow, email creation and deployment, landing page and form creation, A/B testing, and tracking, segmentation and list management.• Technical lead for marketing automation systems. Manage vendor escalation and support• Development and execution of the marketing communication strategy to support RSA Canada’s business objectives - ultimately increasing sales, profile and preference though our intermediary channel.• Support, develop and manage specific digital communication tools and channels – including web, social media, e-comms, contact database/CRM and other platforms. Ensure regular tracking, measurement, reporting of key metrics and ongoing program enhancement.• Research, develop and write strong content for use across channels - ensuring content is timely, accurate and aligned to RSA Canada’s strategy. Adhering to brand tone, style and language as well as identify the appropriate channels where each content and marketing materials can be delivered to the public. • Develop and own content calendar including managing timelines for communications and collaborating with the senior marketing managers to develop content. • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers across the business relationships and external suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and in-line with requirements.• Champion the RSA brand by ensuring all marketing communication materials are compliant and in accordance with guidelines and best practice.
What you bring to this role:
• Solid understanding of marketing automation programs • Experience researching and developing quality content, fit for various communication channels and audiences• 3-5 years of proven marketing and/or communications experience• A demonstrable passion for all things digital• Solid understanding of marketing communications measurement and effectiveness• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills• Some experience with integrated campaign management and delivery• B2B and/or Financial Services experience is beneficial • Bilingual – French/English is also beneficial• Ability to work within a team as well as independently• Must be adept at handling pressure and working under stress
