Position Overview:

We have exciting career opportunities for highly motivated and driven individuals with sales experience to assume role of a Home and Auto Sales Specialist within our Corporate Partnership Team. In this role you would you use your passion for sales to promote our highly competitive and attractive Home and Auto insurance products through telephony Sales. This position opens the door to great opportunities within the Insurance Industry upon successful completion of required provincial licensing course and exam. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible shift schedule of days, evenings and weekends. This is a base Salary role plus commission and a highly engaged and motivated individual would have the potential of doubling the base salary with commission. The role is very metrics based and balancing inbound opportunities with follow-ups is critical to your success.

What you bring to this role

• Be customer obsessed and deliver best in class service
• 2+ years sales experience in a metrics driven, commission based role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Be self-motivated, with an ambition to outperform
• Bilingual in French would be considered an asset
• RIBO, CAIB, P&C and CIP designation/s would be an asset.
