Position Overview:

We currently have openings for several Bilingual Service Specialist, Travel positions in our Sherbrooke, Quebec Office. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent client service to members on their insurance requirements, specifically related to travel operations, using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized and dynamic environment that prioritizes team work. The successful candidates will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License or LLQP.

You are a high performer who delivers more than what is expected, who provides excellent service by understanding customers' needs. You are a dedicated team player with superb communication skills both verbally and written. You are able to multi-task and have good organizational skills. If this sounds like you, you could be the next Service Specialist, Travel to join the Travel Operations Team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a requirement for this position. The successful candidate will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License or LLQP.
