What you will achieve in this role

• Building relationships in a dynamic culture
• Create a positive client experience by understanding and meeting the customers’ needs.
• Providing client services support across our home, car, travel insurance and benefits consulting business.
• Support client marketing initiatives.
• Support new business and account management initiatives.
• Assist with preparation of client meeting materials for the team.
• The ability to research and participate in fundraising initiatives
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client inquires and issues

What you bring to this role

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities in providing world class customer service
• Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and grasp new concepts
•Excellent computer, keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
•Experience with organizing weekly/monthly meetings on behalf of internal teams and clients
•Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently or on a team-basis to problem solve in a fast paced environment
•Ability to remain focused while handling multiple tasks at the same time.
