Position Overview:

The Pricing Solutions Optimization team is responsible for the delivery and management of street pricing models in Radar for all price changes, for Johnson and RSA. This includes building, testing and deploying Radar pricing models, partnering with teams in across Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Pricing and IT. The team is responsible for continuously improving our rating programming allowing for more consistency across models and speed/efficiency

What you will achieve in this role

•Establish & manage a team of analysts responsible for the delivery & management of street pricing models in Radar
•Manage performance, coaching, recruiting, vendor management, managing contracts with third party resources, including offshore and onshore resources
•Build and manage the Radar Model Release calendar for all rate changes and ensure alignment across key stakeholders, including Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Pricing and IT
•Establish the overall approach and model design in Radar and delivery against a release calendar for all Radar rate changes, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
•Provide oversight and guidance on Pricing Solutions Optimization team responsibilities to document, implement, test & deploy pricing models, including requirements & design (BRDs, DLDs etc.)
•Partner with IT and others to deploy, support and resolve issues

What you bring to this role

•University degree in science, IT or related field
•Minimum five years of relevant experience leading a team of analysts
•Thrives on coaching and developing a high performing team in a fast paced environment
•Proven experience working under a strong control and governance framework with accountability for documentation and execution
•Influence & relationship management for organizational impact, cross-functional collaboration
•Resource allocation and planning skills & experience
•Transformation & change experience, leading organizations through change
•P&C, Portfolio Management & Pricing experience ideal
•Change management experience from idea stage to business options to implementation while working with stakeholders in IT, Pricing, Portfolio Management and Underwriting
•Pricing, Emblem & Radar skills & experience (nice to have)
•Design-related responsibilities and knowledge of SDLC practices

Additional: Some travel required and may require evening & weekend work with offshore & incident management
